Santa Clara Residences UNDER CONSTRUCTION

As the developers of Santa Clara Residences practically sell out the first tower or “sunrise tower” and begin offering the second tower or “sunset tower”, this weekend (June 6, 2010) they poured concreted on the first floor!  The project is well underway and the first tower is slated to be completed by summer 2011.

The second tower or “Sunset” tower which faces west has a great view of the farallon river which borders the property and there are still some units left.  Units range from 93 meters, 123 meters, 158 meters, some jr penthouses that are 208 meters and penthouses that are 339 meters which are completely custom.  Prices have been steadily increasing since this area has proven to be very popular but you can still purchase for approx $2000/mt2.
